Eligibility Criteria

Any board game publisher (French or international) can apply for the Pion d'Or© label. The game must have been on the market for at least 6 months and credit one or more authors on the box and in the rules.

Application process

  • Check your eligibility and your game's sales figures.
  • Sign a sworn declaration attesting to the accuracy of the information provided (head of the organisation).
  • Provide sales figures certified by a chartered accountant.
  • Send your application by email to contact@uej.fr or through the contact form with the required information and documents.

Cost

The registration fee is €500 excl. VAT per game. Members of the Union des Éditeurs de Jeux (UEJ) with current dues can submit two free applications per year.
